Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceLeadsAI.com ("VoiceLeadsAI," "we," "us," a Jung Studios LLC product), an AI voice receptionist service for small businesses. By paying the founding-spot deposit, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VoiceLeadsAI Is

VoiceLeadsAI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments on your behalf, using third-party voice AI infrastructure (currently planned: Retell AI) alongside our own setup, scripting, and support.

2. Founding-Client Status — Please Read

• VoiceLeadsAI is currently in early access. The AI receptionist backend itself is being built out as founding clients come on board — it is not yet live for every plan at every moment.
• Founding clients are onboarded in the order they reserve. We will give you a real, specific setup timeline on your demo call — not a guaranteed go-live date at time of deposit or subscription.
• If our timeline doesn't work for you, the $99 deposit is fully refundable (see Section 3).

3. The $99 Founding-Spot Deposit

• The deposit reserves your spot among a limited number of founding clients and is processed via Stripe.
• It is fully credited toward your first month's subscription once your plan is active.
• It is fully refundable if, after your demo call, we determine (either of us) that this isn't the right fit — email robjung@gmail.com to request a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans (Starter, Standard, Gold, Premium, Unlimited) are billed monthly through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Each plan includes a set number of included minutes; usage beyond that is billed at the plan's stated overage rate (Unlimited is fair-use capped, not literally unlimited — see the pricing page for current numbers).
• All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime through Stripe's billing portal, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• Beyond the deposit refund policy above, subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

5. What the Service Can and Can't Do

We aim to be straightforward about this rather than overselling it:

• The AI receptionist is not a full replacement for a human on emotional, high-stakes, or ambiguous calls — it's configured to escalate or take a message when it's outside its script.
• It does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and true emergencies should always be routed to a human or 911 — this is a configuration responsibility we'll walk through with you.
• Call quality can be affected by heavy accents, background noise, or poor call connections, like any voice system.
• You remain responsible for reviewing call transcripts/summaries and for how your business ultimately handles each lead.

6. Your Content and Data

Call transcripts, recordings, and booking data generated by your AI receptionist belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceLeadsAI to place or receive calls for illegal purposes, to harass, defraud, or deceive callers, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

8. Service Availability

VoiceLeadsAI depends on third-party voice AI infrastructure and telephony providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of known outages affecting your service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiceLeadsAI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will generate any particular business outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceLeadsAI and Jung Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost business or missed calls, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, especially as the AI receptionist backend comes fully online. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and, where practical, communicated by email.
